What is Everything DiSC?
A suite of assessment-based learning programmes built on the DiSC model of human behaviour, delivered on the Catalyst platform.
Which application should we start with?
Most organisations begin with Workplace as the foundation, then add Management, Sales, or others. We will help you choose.
How long does the assessment take?
About 15 to 20 minutes per person. The facilitated learning is then arranged around your team.
Is there a best or worst style?
No. Every style has strengths and blind spots. The goal is understanding and adapting, not changing who you are.
